On the 11th of April 2023, the Akwa Ibom State Gender-Based Violence Management Committee (AKSGBVMC) received a delegation from Breakthrough Action Nigeria (BAN) led by its Senior Deputy Project Director, Shittu Abdu-Aguye on a courtesy visit.
The purpose of the visit was to establish a working relationship and to discuss possible areas of partnership in implementing projects related to gender-based violence (GBV)
We stay committed to the total elimination of gender-based violence (GBV) in Akwa Ibom State.
